I have heard countless stories about how one of our Puppy Owners had their mind on one puppy going in to visit, but another plopped right into their lap and they knew that was the one! We understand how important it is to visit the puppies before you meet them. We require a deposit to be made before going and choosing a puppy. This deposit is refundable and 100% transferable to any available puppy.

- If something happens to your puppy: If the puppy you reserved becomes unavailable before pickup, you can choose to transfer your deposit to another available puppy, a future litter, or receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you default or cancel: If you cancel your reservation or fail to pick up your puppy after a two-week grace period, the deposit is non-refundable and will be used to help us find the puppy a new home.

While not a cash refund, if a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening genetic defect within the first year, we offer an exchange for another puppy of equal value to ensure you still receive a healthy companion.
